Rinspeed sQuba Submersible Concept Car

Rinspeed is a Swiss automobile manufacturer that specializes in restoring old classic cars and tuning modern ones. The company was founded in 1979 by Frank Rinderknecht; about the same time that the 10th James Bond movie The Spy Who Loved Me premiered (1977). How is all of this connected? Well, The Rinspeed sQuba is a concept car that can drive / float underwater! Being laughed at during its development this concept car has left the critics speechless.

So, looks like these are the real future cars but i think this car would remain a concept car till the time we would see much bigger katrina. ![]()
this is not the only submersible concept car. Like i still remember in late 90’s these type of cars were put into production but they did not received any good response from public and ultimately they had to shut down their company.
Yeah.. that probably the only thing not compared to its standard design.. The speed seems just a bit too slow inside the water. Looks sleek on the road but any fish seems to be able to out pace the car.. heheh

This is something interesting. One car with two benefit… on road and under water capabilities. I just wanted to know that can this car float on water or would it one work as a submersible.
